Simply Neutrals #23 - French girl

vintage French postcard at AppleApricot

Don't you just think this is one very beautiful girl?
She adorns an antique French postcard.

I did show her earlier, together with other thrifty finds, which you can find HERE.

By the way...

I found out how to add the possibility of replying to the comments on this blog. It never worked, but now it does, big yay! So, feel free to reply to each other's comments below the posts, if you'd like that! I started doing so anyway, to the comments of last party :)

FEATURES OF SIMPLY NEUTRALS PARTY #22

The image of another beautiful vintage lady was used by Marie of Lost Bird Studio in this gorgeous fabric collage below.

Marie hasn't decided yet if it will become a card or a book cover.
Either way, it is so gorgeous, Marie!

Speaking of vintage photos, here's one cutie that Nancy of Sugar Lump Studios used. She added it to this gorgeous shadow box:

I am totally in love with those beautiful vintage spools with lace!

And speaking of boxes, Nicola of Paper Profusion generously made a wonderful tutorial for this beautiful trinket box:

Thank you so much for your generosity, Nicola!

Here's your featured-button ladies:

On to party #23!

  5. OOPS! Forgot to include my comment about the 'featured' artists work~ Marie is true to the vintage style and touches my heart with everything she does! So soft and moving; always draws me in. Nancy's box created inspiration in me! I love the spools of lace and creativity she brings, and I often want to emulate her : ) And I was able to visit Nicola's blog for the first time to see her beautiful work and some close ups of this incredible box she has transformed! Wen, thanks so much for encouraging all this inspiration in your SNT party's! : ) Karen O
